We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Practitioner to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessment, monitoring, and support throughout treatment processes

  • Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, documenting observations, treatments, and responses
  • Educate patients on health management, medication usage, and post-treatment care instructions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalised care plans
  • Uphold strict hygiene and safety standards within the clinical environment to prevent infections and ensure compliance with health regulations

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in patient care within a clinical or healthcare setting
  • Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
  • Competence in medication administration, including understanding dosage calculations and safety protocols
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
  • Relevant qualifications in healthcare or nursing recognised within the UK healthcare system
