About Get Well Network:
A Mission Started by a Patient, for Patients At Get Well, our mission is in our name. We are dedicated to providing high-quality, personalized care by engaging patients, educating families, and empowering clinicians. Our story began not in a boardroom, but from a hospital bed. After a life-defining battle with cancer, our founder, Michael O'Neil, emerged with a powerful conviction: patients deserve to be active partners in their care, not passive recipients. For over 20 years, that conviction has been our guiding principle.
Today, Get Well is a recognized leader in digital patient engagement, serving more than 10 million patients annually across over 950 hospitals and clinical partner sites. We are now embarking on the next chapter of our journey: pioneering "Precision Engagement by combining our deep expertise in the patient experience with the power of advanced AI. We believe in the power of technology to make healthcare more human, and we are committed to leveraging AI responsibly and ethically to improve outcomes, enhance equity, and reduce the cost of care for all.
