Clinical Psychologist

Job Summary: Psychologist – Health Clinic, Kollam City

An upcoming, well-equipped health clinic in the heart of Kollam City is inviting applications for the position of Psychologist. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled professional committed to promoting mental wellness and supporting patients through evidence-based psychological care.

Qualification & Experience:

• M.Sc / M.A in Psychology or Clinical Psychology
• RCI registration preferred (for clinical psychologists)
• 1+ year of experience in clinical, counseling, or primary care settings preferred (Freshers are also welcome)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments and individual counseling sessions
• Support patients with emotional, behavioral, or mental health concerns
• Develop care plans and therapy goals in consultation with the medical team
• Provide psychoeducation and lifestyle counseling to patients and families
• Maintain accurate, confidential patient documentation and therapy records
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other staff to support holistic care
• Contribute to wellness programs and awareness initiatives at the clinic

Working Hours:

• Flexible scheduling with part-time and full-time options
• Shift timing coordination based on clinic needs and patient flow

Job Types:

Contract length: 12 months

Pay:

Up to ₹25,000.00 per month (commensurate with experience and schedule)

In-person at Kollam, near District Hospital
