Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary mental health team. In this vital role, you will provide expert psychological assessment, therapy, and support to diverse patient populations across inpatient and outpatient settings. Your expertise will help individuals of all ages—adolescents, adults, and geriatrics—navigate mental health challenges, develop coping strategies, and achieve their wellness goals. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, including diagnostic evaluations and psychological testing, to identify mental health conditions and treatment needs
- Deliver individual, group, and family counseling sessions utilizing therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychotherapy, and behavioral health interventions
- Provide crisis intervention services to de-escalate acute situations and ensure patient safety
- Collaborate with medical teams to coordinate patient care plans and document progress in secure medical records compliant with HIPAA regulations
- Supervise clinical interns or junior staff while maintaining high standards of patient care and ethical practice
- Facilitate specialized therapy programs for populations such as children with autism, individuals with PTSD or addiction issues, and patients with disabilities or geriatrics needs
- Conduct intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor patient progress through regular follow-ups in both inpatient and outpatient settings
Experience
- Proven experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric populations in clinical settings
- Demonstrated expertise in child & family counseling, addiction counseling, PTSD care, and working with individuals with autism or disabilities
- Prior hospital experience preferred, including inpatient or outpatient behavioral health services
- Skilled in crisis intervention techniques and managing urgent mental health situations effectively
- Experience delivering telehealth services using secure platforms is highly desirable
- Strong background in psychological testing, diagnostic evaluation, social work practices, and patient assessment procedures
- Supervisory experience overseeing clinical staff or interns is a plus
