Clinical Psychologist, PsyD/PhD

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Psychologist with a PhD to join our dynamic mental health team. In this vital role, you will provide expert psychological assessment, therapy, and support to diverse patient populations across outpatient settings. Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations, including diagnostic assessments and psychological testing, to identify mental health conditions and inform treatment plans.
  • Deliver individual, one on one therapy sessions utilizing modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavioral health approaches, and psychotherapy tailored to each patient's needs.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including social workers, medical staff, and educators—to coordinate care plans that address complex behavioral health issues.
  • Supervise clinical staff and trainees, offering guidance on best practices in patient care, documentation, and ethical standards.
  • Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations while ensuring confidentiality of patient information.
  • Engage in ongoing research activities to stay current with advancements in mental health treatment and contribute to the development of innovative programs.

Skills

  • Extensive experience working with children, adolescents, adults, geriatrics, and individuals with disabilities or autism spectrum disorder.
  • Proven expertise in child & family counseling, school-based interventions, addiction counseling, PTSD care, and working within hospital or inpatient settings.
  • Strong skills in crisis intervention, psychological testing, intake assessments, and diagnostic evaluation.
  • Proficiency in telehealth platforms to deliver remote therapy sessions effectively.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and medical records management for secure patient data handling.
  • Ability to conduct behavioral health assessments and provide evidence-based treatments such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and psychotherapy.

Pay: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
