Clinical Psychologist--Veteran Disability Exams

Summary

The psychologist will perform one-time compensation and pre-discharge examinations for our country’s veterans and/or service members. Exams are conducted to determine the existence and/or status of a mental health condition for rating purposes.

THURSDAY, SATURDAY, AND SUNDAY ONLY

· No writing of prescriptions

PAY:

Mental Disorders (Non-PTSD): $194.78

Initial PTSD Evaluation: $194.78

Review PTSD Evaluation: $177.30

Medical Opinion: $35 (each)

NO SHOW

Complete No Show: $20

Partial No Show: $10

Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough and focused medical evaluations on conditions that include PTSD, depression, and anxiety.
  • Analyze medical records, diagnostic test results, and other pertinent documentation.
  • Develop medical opinions based on the medical examination findings, diagnostic results, and medical record review.
  • Accurately record examination findings in concise reports that follow established VA guidelines and formats.
  • Completion of required online-based training.

Requirements

· Must be independently licensed as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $177.00 - $194.00 per hour
