Clinical Psychotherapist for Mental Health Wellness Practice -LCSW, LMFT, Clinical Counselor

We provide a range of services including individual psychotherapy, testing, medication management, TMS, EMDR, group therapy, family and couples therapy, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, es-Ketamine nasal spray (Spravato) therapy, and much more.

We want our clinicians to focus on clinical care! We provide clients, admin support, consultation, and a friendly team to call family. No need for billing, marketing, networking, or administrative headaches.

Pay: Starting at $65/hour ($135,200 based on 40hrs/wk)

Type of Employment: Full-time or part-time available (minimum 10hrs/week)

The Clinical Experience:

• Focus on clinical care while we take care of the administrative burden

• Choose when, where, and how many clients you want to see. You can design the career you want with options for full-time, part-time, remote, in-person, hybrid, and a customized caseload

Responsibilities:

• Provide high quality, compassionate and ethical outpatient mental health therapy
• Maintain an active, unrestricted license or registration to practice in California
• Complete clinical documentation within 7-days (diagnosis, client goals, intervention, response, and plan)
• Part-time: Provide a minimum of 10 client sessions per week, any hours of any days - your choice
• Full-time: Provide a minimum of 30 client sessions per week, any hours of any days - your choice

Qualifications and Skills:

• Active Board of Behavioral Sciences registration number (LCSW, LMFT, etc.) in the State of CA
• Prior experience providing psychotherapy is desired but not necessary
