Clinical Reception Coordinator

We’re looking for a high-energy, take-charge professional to own the front desk experience at a fast-paced clinic. This role goes beyond basic reception—you will drive patient flow, solve problems in real time, and keep daily operations running smoothly. The right person thrives in a high-accountability environment, takes initiative without being asked, and is confident making decisions on the spot.
