Clinical Registered Nurse Aesthetic Injector Manager

Our growing medical spa is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Registered Nurse Aesthetic Injector Manager to lead and oversee the clinical operations of our practice. This position is available for immediate hire and is ideal for an accomplished aesthetic RN who possesses strong injectable expertise, leadership ability, and experience with advanced aesthetic technologies.

The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional aesthetic treatments while also supervising and supporting a team of aestheticians and registered nurses, ensuring all services are performed safely, effectively, and in accordance with medical and regulatory standards.

This leadership role requires a professional who is comfortable managing day-to-day clinical operations, maintaining the highest standards of patient care, and contributing to the continued growth and reputation of the medical spa.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic injectable treatments including neuromodulators and dermal fillers
• Conduct patient consultations and develop customized treatment plans
• Oversee daily clinical operations of the medical spa
• Provide leadership and supervision to aestheticians and registered nurses
• Ensure all procedures meet medical safety standards and regulatory compliance
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records
• Assist with training, mentoring, and clinical guidance for staff
• Maintain high standards of patient satisfaction and treatment outcomes
• Oversee proper usage and protocols for advanced aesthetic devices
• Monitor clinic performance and assist in achieving practice growth goals

Required Clinical Knowledge & Experience

Candidates should demonstrate knowledge and experience with:

• Laser Hair Removal technologies
• Pico laser treatments
• HydraFacial systems
• Medical-grade aesthetic devices and skin rejuvenation technologies
• Injectable treatments such as Botox®, Dysport®, dermal fillers, and similar products
• Facial anatomy and advanced aesthetic treatment planning

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience as an aesthetic injector
• Experience working in a medical spa or aesthetic medical practice
• Familiarity with laser and energy-based aesthetic devices
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent patient consultation and communication abilities
