This Is a Hands-On Clinical Role — only 15-20% Administrative, Not CNA-Level

We are specifically hiring individuals with true hands-on experience such as:

• Clinical massage / manual therapy
• Therapeutic exercise or physical rehab
• Soft tissue techniques (protocol-based)
• Bodywork or movement-based therapeutic skills
• Chiropractic or PT rehab support

If your background is primarily administrative, CNA/home health, or office management, this position will not be the right match.

Only 15–20% of this role involves admin tasks.
This is a clinical, patient-facing, hands-on position where you will guide patients through structured rehab and soft-tissue protocols for 15–23 minutes per session.

• Lead the rehab area
• Manage structured patient flow
• Deliver hands-on therapeutic sessions

⭐ Primary ResponsibilitiesClinical Hands-On Rehab (Majority of the Role)

• Perform 15-minute and 23-minute therapeutic sessions
• Provide soft-tissue/manual therapy using structured protocols
• Guide patients through our neuropathy and knee pain programs
• Support the provider by preparing stations and anticipating needs

Therapeutic Equipment (Training Provided)

• SoftWave
• Class IV Laser
• Vibration Plate Therapy
• Decompression

Admin & Team Support (15–20%)

• Check-in / checkout
• Collect payments
• Light scheduling
• General office upkeep as part of a team

• Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) seeking a clinical (not spa) environment
• Physical Therapy Tech / Physical Rehab Aide
• Chiropractic Assistant with hands-on duties
• Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or Athletic Training
• Medical Assistant with hands-on experience
• Bodyworkers with training in manual or movement-based therapy

• ~35 hours/week
• Monday–Friday
• Friday afternoons off
• No weekends
