Clinical Research Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Assistant to join our dynamic research team. Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup and initiation of clinical trials, ensuring all protocols are followed accurately
• Monitor patient progress by collecting vital signs, blood samples, and other clinical data in accordance with study procedures
• Review and verify study documentation for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance
• Support patient recruitment, informed consent processes, and ongoing participant engagement
• Manage data entry and ensure adherence to CDISC standards and EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems for seamless data management
• Conduct clinical laboratory tasks such as blood sampling and phlebotomy while maintaining strict safety protocols
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, ICH GCP guidelines, HIPAA privacy rules, and other applicable standards during all trial activities
• Collaborate with supervising staff to oversee clinical trials management, including documentation review and audit preparation

Experience

• Experience in a healthcare or research setting is advantageous
• Knowledge of medical terminology, clinical laboratory procedures, and blood sampling techniques
• Hands-on experience with EMR systems and compliance management tools
• Background in nursing or related healthcare fields with clinical development exposure is beneficial
• Strong analysis skills with attention to detail to ensure high-quality data collection and reporting

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
