Clinical Research Assistant

Job Summary

UV Pro Lab is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Clinical Research Assistant to support ongoing sunscreen and SPF testing operations within our growing laboratory environment. This role involves assisting with study coordination, participant interaction, documentation, data entry, and general clinical research support activities. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving company environment.

Duties

• Assist with coordination and support of clinical sunscreen and SPF testing studies
• Support participant scheduling, follow-up communication, and general study activities
• Assist with study documentation, data entry, and maintenance of research records
• Review forms and study-related documents for completeness and accuracy
• Support laboratory and clinical operations as needed, including preparation and organizational tasks
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while interacting with study participants and staff
• Follow applicable company procedures, research guidelines, and regulatory requirements
• Work collaboratively with study coordinators, investigators, and other team members to support efficient study operations

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and adapt within a growing company environment
• Prior clinical research, medical office, laboratory, administrative, or customer service experience is preferred but not required
• Familiarity with clinical research environments, FDA regulations, or Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines is a plus
• Comfortable working with computers, documentation systems, and data entry

Additional Information

This position is structured as an independent contractor (1099) role with flexible, as-needed scheduling. Compensation starts at $20 per hour.
