Pay Range: $17–$19/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Part-time to start (Minimum 2 days in clinic), with the possibility of full-time based on performance
Remote Flexibility: Some remote work included

Position Summary

We are seeking a Clinical Research Assistant to support the daily execution of clinical trials. This role starts part-time but has strong potential for full-time based on clinic needs and individual performance. There is no ceiling to growth in this position—motivated team members will find plenty of opportunity to grow into higher-level coordinator or administrative roles.

Some remote flexibility is available, especially for patient scheduling and phone-based responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Must be comfortable speaking with patients on the phone to assist with screening, scheduling, and follow-up (remote-friendly responsibility)
• Perform phlebotomy for blood sample collection (required)
• Assist in recruitment and pre-screening of study participants
• Prepare rooms and study materials for participant visits
• Accurately document study data in source records and databases
• Help manage regulatory binders, logs, and filing systems
• Maintain supply levels and assist in organizing shipments
• Support Principal Investigator and study staff with daily tasks
• Follow Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and HIPAA guidelines
• Participate in sponsor visits, training, and quality reviews

Requirements

• Phlebotomy skills required (MUST HAVE CURRENT SKILLS)
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Comfortable with electronic systems (e.g., data entry, calendar tools)
• High level of attention to detail
• Self-motivated and flexible—can switch between in-clinic and remote tasks
• Must be open to occasional weekend work if needed
• Bilingual (especially Spanish) is a plus
• Previous clinical research or healthcare experience preferred but not required
• Associate degree or higher preferred
