Clinical Research Associate

This is a full-time hybrid position for a Clinical Research Associate, located in Hershey, PA, with flexibility for some remote work. In this role, you will support clinical trials by managing study protocols, monitoring compliance, and collaborating with clinical sites. Responsibilities include ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, overseeing clinical operations, and conducting detailed research to support clinical projects. This role is critical to maintaining the highest standards during the execution of clinical studies.

• Experience in Clinical Research Associates and participation in Clinical Trials.
• Knowledge of clinical operations and the ability to follow and implement detailed Protocols.
• Strong Research skills and familiarity with best practices in clinical research.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance and ethical guidelines in clinical research.
• A Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field is required; an advanced degree is a plus.
• Previous experience in a healthcare or clinical research setting is an advantage.
