About the Position
We are seeking a highly motivated Clinical Research Associate Scientist III to support and manage clinical research activities, primarily in oncology-focused studies. This role involves end-to-end clinical study coordination, regulatory documentation, data quality oversight, and close collaboration with investigators and internal stakeholders. This position is well-suited for candidates with a strong academic background and hands-on exposure to clinical research who are looking to grow into a senior clinical research role.
Job Description :
• Conduct literature reviews and create synopsis for assigned studies.
• Prepare documentation for the ethics committee and coordinate submission.
• Collaborate with doctors or investigators for study coordination and site setup.
• Train site staff, oversee study monitoring, and resolve issues during regular site visits.
• Verify data consistency between CRFs and patient clinical notes.
• Supervise CRF collection, data entry, and conduct quality checks.
• Facilitate regular team meetings to review ongoing studies and reports.
• Archive study documentation and maintain correspondence records.
• Prepare final reports and contribute to manuscript preparation for publications.
Qualifications & Experience
Ph.D. in Oncology
0–1 year of experience in Clinical Research
Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines
Experience in patient data handling and clinical documentation
Proficiency in Google Workspace or similar tools
Skills : Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams; Proven track record of research productivity, including publications in peer-reviewed journals and conference presentations.
Travel requirements: Willing to travel pan-India depending on project requirements.
Language: Proficiency in English and multiple Indian languages.
