Clinical Research Care Coordinator (Certified Medical Assistant, CMA)

Dallas Nephrology Associates has an immediate opening for a service-oriented individual to provide clinical back-office support to our research team. This role provides care coordination and research support for patients enrolled in a clinical research study, serving as the central point of contact for enrolled patients, families/caregivers, and a multidisciplinary clinical team. Responsibilities include assisting with study-related clinical activities, symptom monitoring, and coordinating referrals.

Requirements:

  • Current and active CMA certification required
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of clinical experience in a physician’s office or hospital setting
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Current and active Driver's license & reliable transportation
  • Excellent customer service and telephone skills

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
