What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate and oversee the smooth execution of clinical trials
  • Recruit and screen study participants, ensuring eligibility and compliance with study protocols
  • Collect, record, and manage data according to GCP and IRB guidelines
  • Perform and record vital signs during visits
  • Ensure supplies, study equipment, and documentation are accurate and well-maintained
  • Collaborate with providers, sponsors, and regulatory bodies to keep studies on track
  • Assist with scheduling, chart prep, eCRF data entry, and regulatory binders
  • Support patients and contribute to research that improves lives

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree required (medical or science background preferred)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented with a sense of urgency
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
  • Experience in collection of concomitant medication history and vital signs, ensuring adherence to study protocols
  • Flexibility to adjust one's schedule (early morning/late afternoon) to accommodate the patient for study visits

Schedule

  • office is open 7:45am-5pm
  • Monday to Thursday
  • May be asked to work some Fridays depending on work load
