Job Title: Clinical Research Coordinator

Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) with a minimum of 2 years of clinical research experience to join our growing research team. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in study coordination, regulatory compliance, and subject-facing procedures, and capable of independently managing multiple studies in accordance with protocol requirements and GCP guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

· Coordinate and manage clinical research studies from startup through close-out

· Conduct study visits in accordance with protocol requirements

· Perform clinical procedures including:

o Phlebotomy (blood draws)

o Vital signs (BP, HR, temperature, weight, etc.)

o ECGs (if applicable)

o Specimen processing and shipment

· Complete source documentation and data entry in EDC systems

· Ensure compliance with GCP, FDA regulations, and sponsor requirements

· Maintain regulatory binders and essential study documents

· Screen, recruit, and consent study participants

· Manage study scheduling and subject follow-up

· Respond to sponsor/CRO queries in a timely manner

· Assist with monitoring visits, audits, and regulatory inspections

· Communicate effectively with investigators, sponsors, and study participants

Qualifications:

· Minimum 2 years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator (required)

· Knowledge of GCP and FDA regulations

· Strong organizational and documentation skills

· Experience with EDC/CTMS systems

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple protocols

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

· Medical Assistant, LPN, RN, or related clinical background

· FibroScan certified

· Phlebotomy certified and experience with patient-facing clinical procedures

· Experience in Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Metabolic Syndrome
