Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of clinical trials. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in clinical research—we are committed to training the right candidate across all aspects of the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient recruitment, enrollment, and study visits
• Perform clinical procedures (vitals, blood draws, etc.) per protocol
• Maintain accurate documentation (consents, CRFs, medical records)
• Ensure compliance with FDA, ICH-GCP, and HIPAA guidelines
• Manage data entry and support monitoring visits and audits
• Collaborate with investigators, sponsors, and research staff

Qualifications

• Interest in clinical research or healthcare required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment

Requirements:

• Phlebotomy experience or willingness to be trained (we provide full training)
• Willingness to travel between at least two of our three office locations (commute will be considered)

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36.0 – 40.0 per week
