ABOUT THE ROLE

Vantage Clinical Trials is a growing multi-site clinical research network seeking an experienced Clinical Research Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations across Phase II–IV clinical trials. You will own study activities from initial site selection and initiation through completion and close-out, ensuring patient safety, data integrity, and full compliance with ICH/GCP standards.

IMPORTANT: PEDIATRIC PHLEBOTOMY IS REQUIRED

This role requires a minimum of 2 years of pediatric phlebotomy experience. Candidates without verified pediatric phlebotomy experience will not be considered. Please do not apply if you do not meet this requirement.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Recruit, screen, and consent research participants following ICF procedures
• Perform and oversee pediatric phlebotomy for study-related sample collection
• Submit and manage IRB documentation and regulatory filings
• Create source documents and complete CRFs accurately and on time
• Schedule patient visits and coordinate study-related appointments
• Communicate protocol needs to the Principal Investigator and research team
• Maintain sponsor relationships and adhere to site SOPs
• Follow GCP guidelines at all times

REQUIREMENTS

• 2 years of pediatric phlebotomy experience (required)
• 2 years of healthcare experience (required)
• Strong background in clinical trials, clinical research, or medical terminology
• Familiarity with IRB submissions and regulatory compliance
• Proficiency with source documentation and electronic CRF platforms
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple concurrent studies
• Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)
• Associate's Degree preferred
