Comprehensive Neurology Clinic is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to support innovative clinical research in epilepsy, sleep medicine, multiple sclerosis (MS), dementia, and related neurological disorders. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, detail-oriented professional who wants meaningful patient interaction and hands-on research experience in a specialized neurology setting.

Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Trial Coordination
- Coordinate day-to-day activities for clinical research studies from startup through closeout
- Screen and recruit eligible participants for research studies
- Schedule study visits and maintain study calendars
- Ensure protocol compliance and adherence to study timelines
Patient Care & Study Visits
- Obtain informed consent under investigator supervision
- Collect medical history, questionnaires, and study data
- Perform vitals, ECGs, phlebotomy, specimen processing, and sample shipment (if qualified)
- Assist patients during study visits and maintain excellent participant experience
Data & Regulatory Management
- Enter and maintain accurate data in EDC/eCRF systems
- Maintain source documents and research binders
- Prepare for sponsor visits, audits, and monitoring visits
- Ensure compliance with FDA, GCP, HIPAA, and IRB requirements
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with physicians, research sponsors, monitors, and clinic staff
- Help identify workflow improvements and support program growth
Preferred Background

QualificationsRequired
- Bachelor’s degree in science, healthcare, psychology, biology, neuroscience, nursing, public health, or related field
- OR
- equivalent relevant experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and professionalism
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Comfortable working directly with patients
- Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site in OrlandoPreferred
- Prior experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator, Research Assistant, MA, RN, or similar role
- GCP / ICH knowledge
- Experience with EDC systems, EMR, Microsoft Office, Excel
- Phlebotomy experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish or other languages) is a plus

Pay Range: $22.00 – $40.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
