Precise Research Centers, we run advanced Phase II–IV clinical trials with leading pharmaceutical sponsors — and we need a driven Clinical Coordinator who can bring that mission to life through exceptional patient relations, recruitment, and compassionate care.

Our team recently surpassed an ambitious enrollment target for a major depression trial — collaborating on community outreach, pooling ideas, and finishing ahead of schedule. What you'll do

  • Lead patient recruitment through outreach, physician referrals, digital campaigns, and direct engagement.
  • Guide candidates through screening and informed consent with sincerity and empathy.


  • Coordinate daily trial activities: scheduling visits, conducting study procedures (vitals, ECGs, phlebotomy if certified), and maintaining data quality.
  • Build strong relationships with investigators, sponsors, monitors, referring providers, and participants.
  • Track enrollment metrics, troubleshoot barriers, and collaborate on solutions to meet or exceed study goals.
  • Support regulatory submissions, monitor visits, and site quality assurance — in full compliance with GCP, FDA, and IRB requirements.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in a health-related field (nursing, life sciences, public health, or similar); equivalent experience considered
  • 2+ years in clinical research (CRC experience highly preferred) or proven healthcare/pharmaceutical sales experience
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills — you build rapport quickly, handle objections gracefully, and always put ethics first.
  • Comfortable presenting to groups, collaborating with physicians, and communicating with diverse patient populations
  • Rigorous attention to detail, strong multitasking, and comfort with deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, EDC systems, and EHRs; CCRC certification a plus
