Clinical Research Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a versatile and motivated professional to join our neurology practice in a role as a Clinical Research Coordinator. This unique role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care while playing a key role in the advancement of neurological medicine. You will support our current ongoing neurology research studies by managing patient recruitment, regulatory documentation, and data entry, while also performing essential clinical duties. Beyond day-to-day operations, you will be a foundational member of our team, helping to develop our internal infrastructure and expand our clinical trial portfolio.

Applicant will assist with the daily activities of a medical office, including rooming patients, preparing patients for visits, administering injections, and performing other clinical tasks as needed to support patient care and office operations.

Clinical Research Responsibilities

  • Must have experience and qualifications necessary to meet Research Coordinator certification standards.
  • Knowledge of clinical trials management, including regulatory compliance under FDA regulations and ICH GCP standards
  • Support subject recruitment and retention for neurology clinical trials.
  • Provide protocol-specific training to study staff.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain accurate Investigator Site File (ISF) documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with investigators and leadership to ensure successful trial execution.
  • Experience working with EMR systems, data management platforms, and statistical software relevant to clinical research
  • Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality and data security
  • Ability to perform patient monitoring including vital signs assessment and analysis skills for interpreting clinical data
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for documentation review and compliance management

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $58,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
