Job Overview
As a Clinical Research Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the management and execution of clinical trials, ensuring that all processes are conducted in compliance with regulatory standards and Good Clinical Practice (GCP). Your expertise will drive the success of our research initiatives while maintaining the highest quality of patient care and data integrity. You will collaborate closely with investigators, patients, and various stakeholders to facilitate groundbreaking clinical research.
What you’ll do
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and monitoring of clinical trials, ensuring adherence to FDA regulations and GCP guidelines.
- Manage patient recruitment, screening, and enrollment processes while providing exceptional support throughout their participation.
- Conduct thorough documentation reviews to maintain accurate records of trial activities, patient data, and compliance management.
- Monitor patient health by assessing vital signs and collecting blood samples through phlebotomy techniques as needed.
- Utilize statistical software for data collection and analysis to ensure robust results that contribute to clinical development goals.
- Maintain familiarity with medical terminology and CDISC standards to facilitate effective communication among team members.
- Collaborate with clinical laboratories to ensure proper handling and processing of samples while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
Basic qualifications
- Proficiency with computer applications such as Microsoft applications, email, electronic health records, and web applications.
- Performing basic clinical procedures such as blood pressure, vitals, EKGs, and phlebotomy.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks, and adapt to changes in workloads and priorities.
- Must be professional, respectful of others, self-motivated, and have a strong work ethic.
- Legally authorized to work in the USA for any employer. (Please note employer will not provide Visa or Sponsorship)

Education Requirement
- High School Graduate.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Bachelor of Science (Preferred)
- MD, MBBS, MPH (Preferred).

Preferred qualifications
- Familiarity with electronic medical record "EPIC" systems for efficient data management.
- Background in nursing or related healthcare fields is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail in data collection and reporting.
- Local candidates will be preferred.
