Clinical Research Coordinator

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing clinical trials and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will work closely with research teams, participants, and clinical laboratories to facilitate the successful execution of research protocols. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in clinical research, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of Good Clinical Practice.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of clinical trials from initiation through completion.
• Review documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Analyze data collected during trials and prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clinical laboratories to facilitate sample collection and processing.
• Conduct participant recruitment, screening, and informed consent processes.
• Phlebotomize participants as required for sample collection.
• Maintain study files and ensure proper documentation of all trial activities.
• Ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards throughout the research process.
• Communicate effectively with investigators, sponsors, and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications

• Preferably a registered nurse, PA, Pharm-D or respiratory therapist
• Experience in clinical research or clinical trials is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of documentation review processes and regulatory standards.
• Proficient in analyzing data related to clinical research studies.
• Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice guidelines is essential.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are critical for success in this role.

Pay: $22.62 - $36.00 per hour
