The center is dedicated to advancing the understanding and treatment of gynecologic cancers through innovative clinical trials and cutting-edge research. The team at PR Cancer Specialists Clinical Trials, LLC is committed to improving patient outcomes and quality of life through scientific discovery and clinical excellence in gynecologic oncology. We are expanding our clinical trials team and need an additional clinical research coordinator as we continue to open new oncology trials.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) role at PR Cancer Specialists Clinical Trials, LLC in San Juan, Puerto Rico. As a CRC, you will be a vital part of our mission and clinical research team by supporting, facilitating, and coordinating daily clinical trial activities, ensuring that each study is conducted efficiently and in full compliance with all state and federal regulations. In this role, you will work closely with patients, the Principal Investigator (PI), Sub-Investigators, and other supporting staff, gathering essential documentation and maintaining the highest standards of participants' health and privacy. Your contributions will be pivotal in providing invaluable support to the PI and other study personnel, ultimately advancing us toward our research objectives. Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in nursing, clinical laboratory technician, or similar education in a healthcare field.
• Experience: At least 1 year in clinical research and clinical trials
• Languages: Proficiency in Spanish and English
• Informed Consent and Protocol management skills
• Strong research skills and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting and manage multiple tasks
• Previous experience in oncology clinical trials is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
