Role : Clinical Research Coordinator - 3 month Contract assignment, 30 hours a week

Location : Onsite - Leesburg, VA 20176

• Role is 100% onsite, there is no opportunity for hybrid or remote work at this time

Employment Type : Position is a contract, project based support role - current contract duration is estimated to be 3 months, possibility for extension depending on project needs

Schedule/ Shift:

• 30 hours a week
• M-F during daytime business hours - NO evenings/weekends, open to reviewing candidates' preferred schedules

Responsibilities/ Job Duties:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) with a strong focus on data management and electronic data capture (EDC) to support the successful execution of clinical trials. This role is ideal for candidates who excel in data entry, data quality review, and working within multiple EDC systems in a fast-paced research environment.

The CRC will be responsible for:

• Accurate and timely data entry, query resolution, and ongoing data maintenance across clinical trial platforms.
• Candidates should bring hands-on experience with a variety of EDC systems—such as Medidata Rave, Oracle InForm, Oracle Clinical, Veeva Vault, or similar—demonstrating adaptability and fluency across platforms.
• Experience limited to a single system (e.g., REDCap only) will not be sufficient for this role.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring data integrity, protocol compliance, and audit readiness, while collaborating closely with study teams, sponsors, and site staff.
