Assistant Clinical Research Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Assistant Clinical Research Coordinator to support the coordination and daily operations of clinical trials. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth execution of studies by assisting with patient documentation, visit preparation, data management, and regulatory support.

The ideal candidate is proactive, technology-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical research environment while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and organized patient charts and study documentation
• Assist with study visit preparation and coordination
• Perform data entry and assist with query resolution
• Support inventory management of study supplies and materials
• Assist with participant assessments and study procedures
• Provide support during monitoring visits, audits, and sponsor reviews
• Communicate with study participants, sponsors, and vendors
• Assist with regulatory documentation and study files
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the Clinical Research Coordinator and study team

• Basic experience with data entry systems or clinical research platforms is a plus.

Requirements

• Bilingual: English and Spanish (Required)
• Ability to work onsite in a professional clinical research environment

Previous experience in clinical research or healthcare environments is preferred but not required.
