Position Overview
We are seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator II with 1–3 years of experience to join our team. This role is designed for someone who has built a foundation in clinical research and is ready to take on more responsibility, while still benefiting from support and mentorship from senior CRCs and Principal Investigators.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical trial activities with growing independence.
• Ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP), site SOPs, and applicable regulations.
• Assist in subject recruitment, informed consent, and study visit coordination.
• Maintain accurate regulatory documentation and source records.
• Communicate effectively with study monitors, sponsors, and the research team.
• Collaborate with senior CRCs and Principal Investigators for complex regulatory or study-related tasks.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of clinical research experience (required).
• Bachelor’s degree(life sciences, nursing, psychology, or related field) or equivalent site-based experience.
• Solid understanding of clinical trial conduct and GCP guidelines.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Able to work weekends when required per trials
