Clinical Research Coordinator / Nursing

Overview:

We are seeking a self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team. Nurses are strongly encouraged to apply. As a Clinical Research Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the planning, implementation, and coordination of clinical research studies. Your responsibilities will include data collection, patient recruitment, regulatory compliance, and ensuring adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and FDA regulations.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of clinical research studies- Obtain informed consent from study participants
- Collect and record data accurately and efficiently- Conduct vital signs assessments and monitor participant safety- Maintain accurate and up-to-date study documentation
- Ensure compliance with GCP guidelines, FDA regulations, and institutional policies- Perform phlebotomy and process laboratory samples. (Training available)- Recruit and screen potential study participants- Assist with the development of study protocols and case report forms
- Supervise study staff and ensure proper training and compliance- Collaborate with investigators, sponsors, and other stakeholders to ensure study objectives are met

Preferred Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., life sciences, nursing)
- Strong knowledge of clinical research processes and procedures
- Experience with data collection and entry
- Familiarity with clinical development phases and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in phlebotomy techniques and clinical laboratory procedures
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
