MCB Clinical Research Centers is growing, and we’re looking for a Clinical Research Coordinator (or Medical Assistant ready to grow into that role) who is reliable, proactive, and comfortable both on the phone and in the clinic. What You’ll Do

You’ll be a key member of our research team, working closely with our investigators, patients, and sponsors/CROs. Typical responsibilities include:

• Coordinating study visits with a strong focus on patient comfort, protocol compliance, and accurate data.
• Performing vital signs, ECGs, phlebotomy, specimen processing, and shipping according to study requirements.
• Maintaining clean, organized, audit-ready source and regulatory documents.
• Identifying, documenting, and helping resolve protocol deviations in a timely, professional manner.
• Preparing for and confidently participating in sponsor/CRO monitoring visits, audits, and inspections.
• Communicating clearly with investigators about lab results, safety concerns, and clinically relevant findings.
• Conducting telephone prescreening calls and supporting patient recruitment and retention efforts.

You will never be “just a number” here—you’ll be deeply involved in the full lifecycle of the team.

• Proven phlebotomy experience (required).
• Comfort speaking with potential participants on the phone and in person, with an ability to build rapport and trust.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a love for documentation done right.
• Ability to balance patient-centered care with protocol and sponsor requirements.
• Sound judgment, professional and respectful communication style.
• Genuine interest in clinical research and a desire to keep learning and taking on more responsibility over time.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $24–$27 per hour DOE
• Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts; Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays off
• Status: Full-time, on-site only (Colorado Springs, CO – no remote or out-of-state option)
