Overview
We are seeking a Research Nurse to support clinical research operations across multiple active studies. This role partners closely with investigators, clinical teams, and research staff to ensure protocol adherence, accurate documentation, and high-quality patient care throughout the research lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day execution of clinical research protocols, including patient assessments, visit documentation, and coordination of study procedures.
• Educate clinical staff on protocol requirements and ensure compliance with regulatory and institutional standards.
• Manage study schedules, follow-up visits, labs, imaging, and related workflow tasks.
• Complete and route study medication orders; verify treatment approvals prior to administration.
• Document all protocol-required activities, adverse events, deviations, and data points within required timelines.
• Collaborate with internal departments (unblinding team, IRB, pharmacy, finance, and clinical operations) to maintain smooth study operations.
• Track study supplies, drug shipments, and documentation to support accurate oversight and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Prior experience in clinical research, clinical trials, or protocol-driven patient care preferred.
• Strong documentation, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret protocol requirements and support compliant study execution.
• Pharmacy and injection experience (with Pediatric is a plus)
• GCP, IATA, Vaccine trial experience is a bonus

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
