Role Overview

Clinical Trial organization is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for a long-term, three-year contract focused on providing high-quality clinical care through home visits. This role is designed for a clinician who enjoys autonomy, thrives in a one-on-one patient care environment, and possesses sharp peripheral IV skills.

As this position involves traveling to patients within the Glendale region, the ideal candidate must be local to the area to ensure timely and efficient care delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Home Visits: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and deliver prescribed treatments within the comfort of the patient’s home.
Infusion Excellence: Demonstrate high proficiency in IV placement and management for the adult population.
Documentation: Maintain accurate, real-time electronic medical records (EMR) regarding patient status and treatment outcomes.
Patient Education: Act as a primary resource for patients and caregivers regarding treatment protocols and disease management.

Candidate Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience specifically as a Registered Nurse.
Please note: Experience as an LVN or LPN cannot be substituted for this requirement.
Licensure: A current, valid RN License in the state.
Certification: Active BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
Clinical Skills: Recent, proven experience with IV placement in adult patients.
Geography: Candidates must live within a 1-hour drive (2 hours round-trip) of Glendale
