Duties

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of clinical trials, including patient recruitment, enrollment, and retention
• Supervise research staff and ensure adherence to study protocols and regulatory guidelines
• Review and verify study documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with FDA regulations and ICH GCP standards
• Monitor patient progress by assessing vital signs, blood sampling, and overall health status during trial participation
• Conduct data collection, entry, and management using EMR systems and adhere to CDISC standards for data formatting
• Oversee clinical laboratory procedures including phlebotomy and blood sampling to ensure sample integrity
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality throughout all research activities

Skills

• Proven supervising experience in a clinical research or nursing setting
• Extensive knowledge of clinical trials management, including FDA regulations and ICH GCP certification
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, clinical development processes, and data management practices
• Proficiency with statistical software for data analysis and reporting purposes
• Experience with clinical laboratory procedures such as phlebotomy and blood sampling
• Familiarity with EMR systems, HIPAA compliance requirements, and clinical documentation review
• Excellent analysis skills to interpret research data accurately and efficiently

Pay: $33.00 - $38.00 per hour
