Affiliated Clinical Research is seeking an outstanding college graduate to join our team and begin a career in the pharmaceutical research industry.

This is an entry level position to start a career in pharmaceutical research working with physicians, patients, major pharmaceutical companies, and regulatory agencies as FDA approval is sought for new treatment and medication options in the United States. The position presents an opportunity to contribute to the advancement of healthcare and medicine.

Job Type:Full-time (In person)

Location:Las Vegas Medical District

Expected Salary:$45,000 to $55,000 per annum ($21 - $26 per hour)

Schedule and Hours:

  • Monday – Friday
  • 40 hours per week (8:00am – 5:00pm)

Positions and Responsibilities:

Clinical Trial Coordination:

  • Liaison between physicians, patients, pharmaceutical companies, and regulatory agencies working in physician offices.
  • Collection and reporting of data including but not limited to performing vitals, blood draws, ECGs, and patient visits.

Regulatory Administration:

  • Operate regulatory affairs throughout study duration and ensure adherence to FDA and Institutional Review Board (IRB) guidelines.
  • Work alongside our executives and other team members to ensure accurate data collection and study management.

Marketing & Recruitment:

  • Perform patient consultation and recruitment for clinical trials and assess patient eligibility to enroll into clinical trials.
  • Create and manage internet and social media advertising to generate patient referrals for clinical trial enrollment.

Qualifications:

Minimum Education:Bachelor’s degree (any field)

Preferred Experience:

  • No prior clinical research required
  • Administrative and/or customer service experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Calendar
