We are looking for a motivated and resourceful Clinical Research Patient Recruiter to drive enrollment across our active clinical trials. This role is responsible for identifying, screening, and engaging potential study participants through community outreach, physician referral networks, database mining, and digital campaigns. The ideal candidate has clinical research experience, understands inclusion/exclusion criteria, and knows how to connect with patients in a way that builds trust and encourages participation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute patient recruitment strategies to meet enrollment targets across multiple active protocols
- Pre-screen potential participants against study inclusion/exclusion criteria using medical records, referrals, and database queries
- Conduct outreach to prospective patients via phone, text, email, and in-person community engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with referring physicians, clinics, and community organizations to generate patient referrals
- Coordinate with CRCs and the clinical team to schedule screening visits and ensure smooth patient handoffs
- Manage and track recruitment pipelines, maintaining accurate records of outreach activities and conversion metrics
- Support the development of IRB-approved recruitment materials including flyers, social media content, and digital ads
- Represent Provecta Research Network at health fairs, community events, and patient education sessions
- Monitor enrollment progress and provide regular status updates to site leadership
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize digital recruitment campaigns and community awareness efforts
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality throughout all recruitment activities
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of clinical research experience (coordinator, recruiter, or related site-level role)
- Familiarity with clinical trial protocols, inclusion/exclusion criteria, and the informed consent process
- Experience with patient outreach, community engagement, or healthcare marketing
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain clinical trials to diverse patient populations
- Comfortable working with CRM tools, databases, and tracking recruitment metrics
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy requirements
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet enrollment deadlines
- Current GCP certification (CITI or equivalent) or willingness to obtain within 30 days

Pay: $50,000.00 - $59,000.00 per year
