Clinical Research Patient Recruiter

Job Summary:
We are a leading clinical research organization specializing in neurology clinical trials for conditions like Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, and other indications. We are seeking a compassionate, driven, and bilingual (Spanish and English) Patient Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Coconut Grove, Florida. This role is integral to advancing life-changing research by helping patients understand and access clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential participants to discuss study opportunities and address any questions or concerns.
  • Conduct outreach to patients in both English and Spanish through phone calls, community events, and digital platforms.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers to enhance recruitment efforts.
  • Screen patients based on study criteria and refer eligible candidates to the clinical team for further evaluation.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular reports on progress toward recruitment goals.
  • Collaborate closely with the clinical and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with study protocols and company policies.
  • Work in a goal-driven environment with clear recruitment targets.

Key Qualifications:

Required:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a patient-facing healthcare role, preferably in clinical trials, patient advocacy, or healthcare outreach.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, empathize, and build trust with patients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong active listening skills, empathetic approach, patience, and resilience are key qualities for success.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable with a solution-oriented approach to addressing patient concerns and challenges.
  • Collaborative mindset and an ability to work constructively with a results-focused team leader, even in demanding situations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Knowledge or interest in neurology and neurological conditions is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CTMSs or recruitment databases.

Performance Expectations:

  • Recruit qualified patients based on established study goals.
  • Consistently engage with a set number of patients and potential participants each week.
  • Complete required training and maintain compliance with company SOPs and regulatory guidelines.

Note: Only bilingual candidates (Spanish and English) able to work in-person out of our Coconut Grove location daily will be considered for this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
