Clinical Research Physician

Job Overview
We are seeking a experinced and dedicated Clinical Research Physician to join our dynamic healthcare and research team. Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and monitor clinical research protocols in accordance with ICH Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and FDA regulations
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless conduct of clinical trials from initiation to completion
  • Conduct thorough medical assessments of trial participants, ensuring eligibility criteria are met and safety is maintained throughout the study
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret clinical data to support research findings and regulatory submissions
  • Prepare detailed technical documentation, research reports, and scientific publications to communicate study results effectively
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, JCAHO standards, and other accreditation requirements such as Level I Trauma Center protocols
  • Provide medical expertise in managing adverse events and patient safety issues during clinical trials

Qualifications

  • Medical degree with active licensure
  • Proven experience in clinical research, including managing or participating in clinical trials within a hospital or outpatient setting
  • Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, ICH GCP standards, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) principle
  • Experience working within managed care systems is advantageous

Pay: $225,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
