Clinical Research Site Manager

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Research Manager to oversee and coordinate clinical research activities within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical development and research, with a focus on patient monitoring and laboratory standards. This role is essential for ensuring the integrity of clinical trials and the safety of participants while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of clinical research projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Monitor patient progress throughout clinical trials, including the collection and analysis of vital signs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and evaluate clinical study protocols.
• Conduct documentation reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness of trial data.
• Supervise the preparation of study materials, including informed consent forms and case report forms.
• Train and mentor clinical staff on best practices in patient monitoring and data collection.
• Coordinate with clinical laboratories to facilitate specimen collection, processing, and analysis.
• Ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines throughout all phases of research.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in clinical research management or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of clinical development processes and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in patient monitoring techniques and vital sign assessment.
• Experience in phlebotomy is a plus; ability to perform blood draws as needed.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail for documentation review.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
