Clinical Resource (RN) – Dialysis Operations

Remote | Supporting Utah & Arizona Markets | Regional Travel Required

We are seeking an experienced and clinically strong Clinical Resource RN to provide operational and clinical oversight across multiple dialysis programs and affiliated healthcare locations throughout Utah and Arizona.

This is a remote-based leadership role that requires regular travel to partner facilities and operational sites. The ideal candidate is a collaborative clinical leader who can balance compliance, mentorship, accountability, relationship-building, and operational excellence in complex healthcare environments.

Position Summary

The Clinical Resource RN provides clinical oversight and operational support for multiple dialysis operations and affiliated healthcare facilities. This role is delegated the authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary to support clinical initiatives, compliance readiness, quality improvement efforts, and operational leadership across assigned markets.

This role serves as a key clinical partner to operational leaders, nursing leadership, facility teams, and external healthcare partners.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Supporting the recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, and development of Dialysis Leaders and clinical leadership teams
  • Leading Clinical Market Meetings to promote collaboration, best practice sharing, accountability, and operational consistency
  • Assisting facilities in preparation for state, federal, and licensing surveys
  • Serving as a subject matter expert regarding dialysis operations, regulatory compliance, and clinical policy implementation
  • Supporting and mentoring Clinical Cluster Leaders and operational leadership teams
  • Driving Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives
  • Monitoring and auditing clinical outcomes including:
  • dialysis adequacy
  • treatment adherence
  • fluid management trends
  • quality metrics
  • Supporting clinical operations across multiple affiliated healthcare locations
  • Partnering with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and operational performance
  • Traveling regionally to designated affiliate locations as operationally needed

Qualifications Required

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in state of practice
  • Minimum of 5 years of dialysis or healthcare leadership experience
  • Experience directing or supporting clinical operations
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to independently prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities across locations
  • Ability and willingness to travel regionally

Preferred

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or related field
  • CNN or CDN certification
  • Critical Care experience
  • Multi-site healthcare leadership experience

Additional Requirements

Because this role partners closely with healthcare facilities, regulatory agencies, clinical teams, residents, patients, and family members, candidates must demonstrate professionalism, sound judgment, adaptability, and the ability to navigate complex clinical environments.

  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, clinical practices, and long-term care environments
  • Ability to work collaboratively with facility leadership, medical staff, and operational teams
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and composure
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work flexible schedules as operational needs require
  • Ability to respond during emergency or urgent operational situations
  • Commitment to maintaining patient-centered care and positive clinical cultures

Work Environment

This role supports multiple clinical environments and healthcare partner facilities. The Clinical Resource RN must be comfortable working within dynamic healthcare settings that require flexibility, adaptability, and strong interpersonal skills.

The position may involve:

  • Frequent interruptions and changing priorities
  • Interaction with patients, residents, families, facility personnel, and regulatory agencies
  • Exposure to healthcare environments including infectious diseases and emergency situations
  • Extended or non-traditional hours when operationally necessary
  • Regional travel to affiliate and partner locations

Pay: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
