We are seeking a driven and organized Clinical Sales Representative to support and expand our presence across a multi-state territory, delivering innovative wound care, skin closure, and negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT) solutions.

What You’ll Do
-
Engage with healthcare professionals (physicians, nurses, wound care specialists) to promote and demonstrate advanced wound care, skin closure, and NPWT products

Develop and execute regional sales plans to meet or exceed territory targets

Partner with Orthopaedic Instruments sales representatives to strategize and close high-value accounts

Conduct product training and in-service sessions for clinical staff

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive product adoption

Track sales activity, customer interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM tools

Stay informed on industry trends, competitor products, and clinical advancements

Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events

Become a subject matter expert in wound care, skin closure, and NPWT solutions

Leverage internal resources including Medical Education, Clinical Experts, and Sales Enablement teams to deliver value to customers
What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree required
-
1–2 years of B2B sales experience required

Preferred: 1–2 years in clinical or medical device sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage a large territory

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

Collaborative mindset with the ability to work alongside senior sales partners

Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office

Willingness to travel extensively (up to 70%)
Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary:
 $80,000
-
On-Target Earnings:
 $120,000 (includes $40,000 commission, paid quarterly)

Travel Allowance:
 $25,000 annually
