Clinical Sales Representative

Are you an early-career sales professional looking to break into the medical device space and grow within a high-impact, clinical environment? We are seeking a driven and organized Clinical Sales Representative to support and expand our presence across a multi-state territory, delivering innovative wound care, skin closure, and negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT) solutions.

Territory & Travel
  • Territory includes: Alaska, Montana, Nebraska, Iowa, Idaho, South Dakota, and Washington
  • 70% travel required , including  3–5 overnights per month
  • Preferred location: Near a major airport, ideally Sioux Falls, SD  or  Omaha, NE
What You’ll Do
  • Engage with healthcare professionals (physicians, nurses, wound care specialists) to promote and demonstrate advanced wound care, skin closure, and NPWT products
  • Develop and execute regional sales plans to meet or exceed territory targets
  • Partner with Orthopaedic Instruments sales representatives to strategize and close high-value accounts
  • Conduct product training and in-service sessions for clinical staff
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive product adoption
  • Track sales activity, customer interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM tools
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor products, and clinical advancements
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events
  • Become a subject matter expert in wound care, skin closure, and NPWT solutions
  • Leverage internal resources including Medical Education, Clinical Experts, and Sales Enablement teams to deliver value to customers
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1–2 years of B2B sales experience required
  • Preferred: 1–2 years in clinical or medical device sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage a large territory
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work alongside senior sales partners
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to travel extensively (up to 70%)
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary:  $80,000
  • On-Target Earnings:  $120,000 (includes $40,000 commission, paid quarterly)
  • Travel Allowance:  $25,000 annually
  • Strong growth potential within a leading medical sales environment
