Overview

Job Description

Deliver polite and efficient service to patients both in person and over the phone.
Schedule and coordinate medical appointments, follow ups and diagnostic procedures.
Manage doctors’ and specialists’ schedules and confirm patient attendance in advance.

Handle medical and administrative documentation by receiving, sorting and filing records properly.
Prepare reports, internal notes and other required administrative documents.
Manage internal and external correspondence related to clinic operations.

Provide administrative support by organizing meetings and following up on agreed actions.
Assist with small purchases, office supplies management and day to day administrative logistics.

Support billing activities by preparing invoices and receipts and following up on payments from patients and insurance companies.
Assist in handling petty cash and small payments in line with company policies.

Job Requirements

Educational background as a technical or university student in administration, executive secretarial studies, administrative nursing or a related field.
At least two years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a clinic or hospital setting.
Good command of Microsoft Office, strong customer service skills and clear document writing ability.
