Clinical Services Coordinator

Help make a real difference in the lives of children and youth by leading residential treatment services that provide safety, structure, and support. This role focuses on helping young people build skills, work through challenges, and move toward successful next steps. You’ll work closely with staff, families, schools, and community partners to support progress and create positive outcomes. You will also play an important role in guiding staff and maintaining a strong day-to-day program environment.

Job Duties

• Oversee daily program operations and staffing schedules to ensure 24/7 coverage
• Supervise, train, and support direct care staff
• Coordinate treatment plans, case management, and client transitions
• Connect clients and families with needed community resources and services
• Collaborate with schools, families, foster homes, and outside providers
• Provide individual and group treatment services as assigned
• Monitor client progress, behavioral data, medications, and appointments
• Maintain documentation, reports, and program compliance
• Support crisis response, safety planning, and staff training
