This full-time position is responsible for delivering outpatient behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and families through the CSIU’s Nurturing Environments for Support and Treatment (NEST) Clinic, affiliated satellite sites located in local school districts, and via telehealth as needed. Services are strengths-based, culturally responsive, and aligned with OMHSAS (Office of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services) Chapter 5200 and Medicaid billing standards. In addition to providing diagnostic evaluations, therapy, and case coordination, this role holds primary responsibility for training, mentoring, and supporting the professional growth of counseling interns, new clinicians, and partner clinical staff. The Clinical Services Coordinator contributes to quality assurance processes, facilitates professional development in trauma-informed care and suicide prevention, and provides consultative leadership to school and community partners. This dual focus on clinical practice and workforce development strengthens CSIU’s vision to build equitable, trauma-informed systems that connect clinical services with educational settings in a meaningful, sustainable way.

Salary: $65,000 – 75,000 dependent on qualifications. This is an exempt position working a 260 day per year, 12-month work schedule. Education, Experience and Skills Required:

· Master’s degree in counseling, clinical mental health, or a field determined by the board by regulation to be closely related to the practice of professional counseling from an accredited educational institution is required. A Doctoral degree in counseling or a field determined by the board by regulation to be closely related to the practice of professional counseling from an accredited educational institution is preferred.

· Current valid Pennsylvania license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

· Minimum of two (2) years of post-master’s experience providing mental health services to children, adolescents, or families in outpatient, school, or integrated settings required.

· Experience with trauma-informed care, suicide risk assessment, and behavioral therapy strongly preferred.

· Prior staff supervisory experience is preferred.

· Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize multiple tasks, deadlines, and unpredictable situations with professionalism and discretion.

· Excellent oral and written communication skills are required including fluent and diplomatic verbal and telephone communication skills.

· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, fostering collaboration with multiple stakeholders.

· Maintain confidentiality regarding education programs, students and parents at all times adhering to the Federal Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) requirements to protect staff and student data.

· Must have the ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, co-workers, community agency personnel, parents, and district personnel.

· Knowledge of and apply the laws that govern special education services and be familiar with all categories of programs for students with special needs.

· Must be organized, possess excellent time management and computer skills. Flexibility in adapting to various student educational and behavioral needs including schedules required.

· Proficiency using electronic health records, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and artificial intelligence (AI).

· Adept at using virtual meeting platforms such as Skype, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.

· Must have ability to work effectively with colleagues, co-workers, community agency personnel, and students/trainees.

· Requires the ability to develop and maintain positive and collaborative relationships using tact and diplomacy and to remain calm in unpredictable situations.

· Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

· Comfort working both independently and as part of a team across multiple service locations.
