The Vision:
Dermax Spa Inc. is not your typical day spa. We are a high-tech clinical facility engineered for total scalability. We are currently a single-room operation preparing to transition into a multi-location franchise model in the near future. We are looking for a powerhouse leader to take over the floor (Z-A), allowing the owner to focus on being the "Marketing ATM" that fuels your commissions.
The "Administrative Freedom" Infrastructure:
We have automated the "admin trap" so you can focus 100% on leadership and generating revenue:
- 3 Specialized AI Agents: Two conversational text bots and one Voice AI agent handle lead qualification and inbound calls.
- 3-Person Dispatch Team: Handles all booking, rescheduling, and attendance confirmations.
- Creative Support: An in-house graphic designer and video editor handles your marketing and social proof content.
Performance-Based Compensation (The "No-Cap" Model): Your income is determined by your ability to drive growth. We use a Dynamic Revenue Tier system to ensure business stability and reward elite performance:
- The Immersion (8 Weeks): $15.00/hour while you master our proprietary "Super Pitch" and custom CRM.
- Tier B (Stabilization): $23.00/hour base (Monthly Revenue: $45k–$65k).
- Tier D (Growth): $25.00/hour base (Monthly Revenue: $65k–$85k).
- Tier E (Elite): $28.00/hour base (Monthly Revenue: $85k+).
The Real Money (Commissions & Safety Net):
- 5% High-Ticket Commission: On all memberships ($3,000+ avg) and advanced device packages.
- Subscription Safety Net: Commissions are paid via installments, ensuring you earn from past sales even during slow periods or "hard times".
- Annual Revenue Share: 1% to 3% of total Annual Gross Revenue (Estimated $6,500 – $30,000+ annual bonus).
Requirements (The "Owner-Mindset"):
- Sales DNA: You must be a "Closer." Our previous manager—with zero experience—hit $85k/month using our system. You are expected to surpass that.
- Operational Command: You manage the clinic flow, high-ticket follow-ups, and facility standards, including laundry and inventory.
- Tech Savvy: You will be trained on a custom AI-driven CRM; a fast learning curve is mandatory.
- Schedule: Sunday–Thursday (10:00 AM – 8:00 PM). Friday/Saturday OFF.
