Clinical Specialist

🔹 Job Summary:

GT Medical is seeking a results-driven Clinical Specialist who will be responsible for supporting adoption, clinical education, and market expansion. This role involves close collaboration with healthcare professionals, conducting product demonstrations and live case support, presenting clinical evidence, and identifying clinical needs to provide targeted solutions. The ideal candidate is an experienced ICU nurse with strong communication skills and the ability to effectively engage key stakeholders in critical care environments.

🔹 What You Will Do:

Market Development:

• Explore, identify, and assess market needs.
• Provide clinical and technical solutions tailored to the needs of healthcare facilities.

Clinical Education & Training:

• Educate healthcare professionals through open discussions, structured training sessions, and clinical presentations.
• Deliver high-quality product demonstrations and hands-on training for nurses, physicians, and clinical teams.
• Provide on-site support during live cases to ensure proper use and optimal clinical outcomes.

Clinical Evidence & Support:

• Present and explain clinical studies, scientific data, and best practices.
• Serve as a clinical resource during evaluations, trials, and product adoption processes.

Collaboration & Reporting:

• Work closely with sales & marketing to address customer needs and feedback.
• Prepare reports, training materials, and follow-up documentation.
• Maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), ICU specialists, and hospital management.

🔹 What You Need:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or equivalent clinical qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience
• Previous experience with medical device training, clinical support preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong clinical knowledge in critical care and familiarity with temperature management protocols.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Excellent presentation, demonstration, and teaching skills .
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills .
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Language Requirements

• Bilingual : Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
