Clinical Supervisor / Lead BCBA – Pilot & Launch Opportunity

Location: Chagrin Falls, OH (Serving Moreland Hills, Bentleyville, and Hunting Valley)

.Position Type: Full-Time Leadership (30-hour billable baseline)

The Opportunity: Pilot Your Clinical Vision

New Bridges ABA is seeking a high-level, visionary Clinical Supervisor to pilot our newest location in Mentor. This is not just a caseload management role—this is a leadership position for a BCBA who wants to oversee clinical operations, mentor a growing team, and help shape the culture of a brand-new facility. As a clinician-owned organization, we provide the infrastructure so you can focus on clinical excellence and team development.

The "Work-Life Balance" Advantage

We believe that sustainable leadership requires balance.

  • 30-Hour Billable Week: Full-time status, salary, and benefits at a 30-hour billable baseline.
  • Operational Oversight: Your schedule is designed to allow for "admin" time to focus on clinic-wide quality control and RBT mentorship.
  • Hybrid Flexibility: 4 days in-center (leadership presence) / 1 day flexible work-from-home.
  • Caseload Caps: We maintain strict limits of 8–10 clients to ensure you have the bandwidth to provide true clinical supervision.

Leadership Perks

  • Strategic Growth: Play a primary role in piloting new center-based protocols and building the Mentor team from the ground up.
  • Advanced Specialization: Fully funded, expert-level training in SBT (IISCA/PFA/Hanley approach) and NDBI—we want you to be the clinical authority in the building.
  • Full Benefits: Generous PTO/UPTO, company-matched benefits, and performance-based leadership bonuses.

The Role

  • Clinical Oversight: Pilot the clinical direction of the new Mentor location, ensuring all programming aligns with our assent-based and trauma-informed philosophy.
  • Staff Mentorship: Lead, train, and conduct fidelities for RBTs; foster a culture of professional growth and high clinical standards.
  • Program Development: Oversee the implementation of complex assessments (ESDM, Jasper, IISCA) and tailor behavior plans for a diverse pediatric population.
  • Community Liaison: Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, and local schools to establish New Bridges as the premier provider in the Northeast Ohio region.

Requirements

  • Credentials: Current BCBA certification and COBA (Ohio) licensure are required.
  • Leadership Mindset: Previous experience in a lead or supervisory role is preferred. We are looking for someone capable of "steering the ship."
  • Clinical Philosophy: A deep commitment to assent-based care and a desire to move away from compliance-based ABA.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, a "pilot" mindset (resourceful and decisive), and a playful, empathetic approach to pediatric care.
