Role Summary The Regional Operations Coordinator (ROC) & Clinical Supervisor is a leadership position responsible for overseeing regional operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and maintaining strong communication across internal teams and external partners. This role integrates operational leadership with clinical supervision, ensuring high-quality service delivery, regulatory compliance, and continuous program improvement.
Core Responsibilities
(a) 1. Leadership, Communication & Team Oversight Serve as the primary liaison between executive leadership (including the CEO) and external partners. Provide clinical supervision and guidance to counselors, and case managers. Foster a collaborative, positive team culture that supports professional growth and accountability. Lead and facilitate regular team meetings, supervision sessions, and case consultations. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback to support staff development.
(b) 2. Operational Oversight Oversee operations across assigned regions and service sites, ensuring consistency and continuity. Monitor referrals, caseload assignments, tracking reports, and key performance indicators. Identify opportunities to increase referrals and expand HWS’s presence within assigned territories. Escalate operational concerns and trends to executive leadership as appropriate.
(c) 3. Clinical Oversight & Quality Assurance Ensure compliance with ethical, legal, and regulatory standards in all clinical services. Review and approve clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes. Monitor service quality to ensure alignment with evidence-based practices. Support implementation of agency policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.
(d) 4. Training & Professional Development Provide ongoing training, education, and mentorship to clinical staff. Stay current on best practices, regulatory changes, and advancements in behavioral health. Support onboarding and skill development of new clinicians and team members.
(e) 5. Program Improvement & Collaboration Participate in program evaluation and continuous quality improvement initiatives. Identify operational and clinical improvement opportunities and implement effective solutions. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, community partners, and stakeholders to strengthen service delivery.
(f) 6. Clinical Service Delivery Provide clinical hours as needed or as requested by Clinical Director. . Complete all clinical documentation in accordance with agency standards and timelines. Qualifications
(g) Education & Licensure Prefer 6 months or longer at HWS Best Health Counseling Master’s or doctoral degree in counseling or social work. Active, unencumbered Ohio clinical license (LISW or LPCC). Supervision Designation Preferred.
(h) Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong clinical expertise and knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Demonstrated leadership, supervision, and team-building skills. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities. Ability to provide constructive feedback and support staff development. Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards in behavioral health.
Terms of Employment Hours: 40 hours per week Schedule: Hybrid, 3 days on site (school, ROH, Canton Office (Bi Weekly Operations Meetings) Typical Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (flexibility required; occasional evenings/on-call)
Reports To: Director of Clinical Services
Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
