We are not looking for average.
We are hiring a strong, hands-on Clinical Office Supervisor to work directly with the Office Manager to run and elevate our back office operations.

If you are a nurse, medical assistant, or phlebotomist who naturally takes charge, solves problems, and keeps a team accountable—this is your opportunity to step into a key leadership role.

What You’ll Do

• Take ownership of back office operations—this is not a passive role
• Lead, manage, and hold clinical staff accountable
• Jump in clinically when needed (rooming, vitals, assisting, phlebotomy)
• Drive efficiency, patient flow, and daily execution
• Train and develop team members—set the standard
• Work side-by-side with leadership to improve systems and performance

Who You Are

• RN, LPN, Medical Assistant, or Phlebotomist
• You have leadership presence—people naturally follow you
• You are organized, decisive, and don’t wait to be told what to do
• You are comfortable addressing issues and enforcing standards
• You thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
• Prior supervisory or lead experience is strongly preferred

Pay will be dependent upon experience.
