Job Posting: Clinical Support Manager

Part-Time, Flexible, Hybrid - We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN), either with an ADN or BSN degree, to coordinate clinical support services within our mental health care team. In this role, you will bridge patient needs, provider workflows, and administrative processes to ensure efficient patient care for 7 prescribing clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to medical assistant and prescription coordinator
• Facilitate communication with care team
• Monitor clinical workflows and documentation accuracy
• Provide patient support over the phone, portal, and in person

Experience

• Experience supporting patients with mental health concerns and knowledge of psychiatric medications
• Prior supervisory experience preferred
• Familiarity with HIPAA and documentation standards
• Flexibility and good communication skills

Work Location: Hybrid

Part-time: 24-28 hours per week (3 to 4, 8-hour shifts)

Pay: $32.00 - $36.00 per hour
